niceone is a team of publishing and communications professionals with diverse backgrounds and complementary skills. Together with freelance creatives, we bring decades of experience in editorial direction, design, strategic communications and visual production — to both long-form publications and the brands that need to speak with the same clarity and intention.

Editorial and Creative Direction

Masha is an editor, producer, and communications strategist with extensive experience in digital and print publishing, brand communications and creative direction. She specialises in visual culture, social trends, design and architecture.

Art Direction and Design

Joana is a designer with a background in editorial, print and brand identity. Over the years, she has gained experience working across design studios, art direction practices and the publishing industry.

Photography Direction

Zoe has a decade of experience in publishing, with a focus on illustrated books. She has worked as a photographer for most of her life and has in recent years expanded her expertise to photo editing.
