niceone is a team of publishing professionals with diverse backgrounds and complementary skills. Together, along with freelance creatives, we bring decades of experience in editorial, design, and visual production to create meaningful and impactful publications.
- Masha ErmanEditorial and Creative DirectionMasha is an editor and producer with extensive experience in digital and print publishing, specializing in visual culture, social trends, design, and art.
- Joana SobralArt Direction and DesignJoana is a designer with a background in editorial and print. Over the years, she’s gained experience working in various design and art direction studios as well as the publishing industry.
- Zoe PaternianiPhotography DirectionZoe has a decade of experience in publishing, with a focus on illustrated books. She has worked as a photographer for most of her life and has in recent years expanded her expertise to photo editing.
